THE MATERIALS
we usually use to make ideas become reality.
NATURAL
Wood
We select the appropriate wood to make products according to the environment in which the product is used. At the same time, most of these woods are imported and certified by FSC.
The wood can be coated with different finish and colors.
Cotton
There are not only pure cotton fabrics or ropes, but also cotton blended with other synthetic or natural materials to make more functional fabrics. It can do water repellent, and color fastness test.
Linen
It’s heavier and about 30% stronger than its cotton counterparts, and it can absorb up to 20% of its weight in moisture. particularly popular choice for use in warmer climates and during the summer months.
Natural Rattan
More suitable indoors. Most of them we use comes from Indonesia.
METAL
Aluminum Alloy
Despite its lightness, it is strong, durable and can be easily machined into various complex shapes. Our frames are assembled with precision welds and reinforced stress points, rendering the joints strong. Our peculiar powder-coated aluminum will be not only resistant to rust, but absorb UV rays.
Steel
Despite being at risk for corrosion, steel is still harder than aluminum. While aluminum does increase in strength in colder environments, it is generally more prone to dents and scratches than steel. Steel is less likely to warp or bend from weight, force, or heat.
SYNTHETICS
Synthetic Rattan – PVC(Polyvinyl
Chloride),PU(Polyurethane),PE(Polyethylene).
PVC and PU rattan materials are the cheaper options but they are less durable than PE rattan. Besides, PVC and PU rattan don‘t have the realistic look of natural rattan as PE rattan does. It can be placed outdoors all year long.
Synthetic Rope – Nylon, Polyester, PP(Polypropylene), and PE(Polyethylene).
Synthetic ropes are manufactured in a number of different designs to suit different applications.
Synthetic Fabric / RIBBON – Polyester, Nylon, Acrylic, or Blended With Them or Natural.
All the synthetic fabrics resist stains, mildew and fading, making them easy-care and weather-friendly.Polyester is the most widely used synthetic and is estimated to reach 63 metric tons by 2023.
MADE OF WOOD
ACACIA
Acacia is an extremely dense and durable wood that’s hard to damage. It’s also weather resistant and doesn’t absorb much moisture which makes it a great wood for outdoor furniture.
ASH
Ash wood also tends to be one of the least rot-resistant species, so it‘s not something you’d want to keep outside, and better for indoor use.
BEECH
Beech is unsuitable for outdoor use except for the special outdoor coating. It reacts severely to humidity changes, and also gets nasty black mildew very easily.
TEAK
Teak is the hardest, most durable and strongest of the hardwoods, making it the perfect material for outdoor furniture that lasts.
COATING
We provide specialized coating solutions for interior or exterior (need to withstand weather elements) use, as well as food-grade contact. Meanwhile, it can also be stained according to the colorway you request with maintaining the natural texture of the wood itself.
OAK
Oak is an open-pored wood that soaks up water like a sponge, this leads Oak to rot and decay quickly in outdoor use.

RATTAN
The synthetic rattan withstands the outdoor elements and recyclable, and is designed to look like natural, with some color and size variations as you request. Great tenacity and strength for decorative or structural applications.
ROPE
Suitable for a variety of outdoor and marine applications where high breaking strain is not required. Commonly used in decorative or structural applications. It has been designed to be as low maintenance and is weather resistant and strong and look stunning, and the thickness of the strands, the colors, the texture, and the patterns are all considered for each design.
COLORWAY AND WEAVING PATTERNS
Any colorway and weaving patterns(or with mix with other materials, such as polyester cords or natural rattan) you prefer can be customized.
